ANSWERS
  1. I've not received a Singtone that was sent to my phone.

    First, please check these requirements:
Is your phone Singtone compatible?check phone compatibility here
    Is your phone WAP enabled?

(is your phone able to browse the internet and receive web messages?)
    please contact your service provider
Do you have enough memory space available?100k is required for each Singtone. Delete unwanted files to make sufficient space.

You may be having difficulty locating your WAP push which links to your Singtone?
Your WAP push may appear on your phone under System Messages, or in your phone's Internet Browser instead of the usual location of text messages, depending on your phone manufacturer. Please refer to your phone's instruction manual.

Have you replied to all SMS Text messages sent to your phone from the Singtone system that require you to reply?
Firstly, to pay for your first Singtone, you will receive an initial (one time) message asking you to Reply "SINGTONE YES" to confirm you accept us sending you SMS messages that charge your mobile phone account the cost of each Singtone you send. You must reply to that initial message with "SINGTONE YES"

Check your phone's SMS Message Inbox for this message and reply. OR if you have replied, check in your Messages Sent box to make sure your reply message was "SINGTONE YES". Replying just "YES" will not work. You can send a corrected message if you got it wrong previously.

Sometimes when you are paying for a Singtone sent to another phone, you will receive a text message asking "If you wish to accept the charge of £1.00 for a Singtone you have sent to ..." , you must send the exact reply that the message requests , such as reply with "SINGTONE 38". Otherwise, the Singtone will not be sent.

Always check your SMS Messages when you are sending a Singtone and if a reply is required, reply to them exactly. You can also check your phone's Message Sent box to check you sent the right message.

You may be having trouble locating the Singtone you have just
    downloaded to your phone.
For some phones, this website provides suggestions to help you locate your downloaded Singtone on your mobile and also to set it as a ringtone. Search by phone brand and model here.
If we do not have information for your phone, you should be able to obtain the information you need from your phone manufacturer or mobile network provider.

If you still cannot find the Singtone, you can email us and explain the problem.

Find your WAP push message and select it.

If you would like further assistance in finding your WAP push we might have a GENERAL description of a "likely place" to find it on the SingTones website. To search for phone specific information go to the phone compatibility section of the site. Here you can browse to your phone model to check for phone specific information and will find a link to the phone manfacturer's web site.
